Director, Delivery

Conduent is a leading provider of mission-critical services and solutions to Fortune 100 companies and over 500 governments. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Leader.

• This is a senior leadership position that requires broad technical expertise and industry knowledge.
• You will be accountable for functional, operational, and/or program management, and will assist others in achieving their goals.
• You will manage performance appraisals and pay reviews, as well as manage training for 3 or more employees.
• You will also manage hiring and termination actions, and provide leadership through subordinate managers.

• Develop functional or departmental business plans and contribute to the development of strategies.
• Make decisions based on strategy and priorities, and apply broad industry and commercial awareness to drive financial performance in the team and related areas.
• Impacts team short and long-term business results, with potential company impact, and is guided by business area strategy.
• Leads through subordinate managers, executes business plans, and contributes to strategy development.
• Directs the resolution of highly complex problems using advanced judgment, and negotiates and influences the views of others within the business unit and in external organizations.

• Requires a broad understanding of different systems, theories, and practices.
• Applies broad industry and commercial awareness to drive financial performance in the team and related areas.
• Impacts team short and long-term business results, with potential company impact.
