The Digital Business Operations & Support team is part of the Digital Business Transformation area in Digital Solutions. We engage with Business Unit teams for the co-creation of our cohesive digital strategy and solutions to empower Vestas for efficient scalability. We work to ensure best practices and align development towards one digital strategy for Vestas. We ensure the delivery, implementation, and assessment of desired outcomes of relevant changes in close partnership with BUs and regional teams.

We are in the process of moving to a new operating model, by setting up in-house led digital product teams who are responsible for designing, building, and continuously optimizing our digital products. As a Senior Analyst in the System Support team, you will join a cross-functional department located in Denmark (Aarhus and Copenhagen), the Philippines (Manila), and India (Chennai).

Digital Business Transformation > Idea-to-Market & Order-to-Delivery > Procurement & Supply Chain Planning

Responsibilities

  • Primarily responsible for supporting the SAP Ariba Cloud solution within the Procure to Pay process - mainly on Catalog Management and Supplier Integration Projects in the Ariba Business Network
  • Understanding the integration between Ariba and SAP ECC/S4 Hana Materials Management to Finance, and Accounts Payable/Vendor Invoice Management modules
  • Good understanding of procure to pay, source to contract, category management, and vendor management best practices
  • Liaison between Global Procurement, End Users, SAP Ariba, and Suppliers in enablement and integration activities
  • Reviews and evaluates existing and proposed systems, solutions, and business processes and devises or modifies processes and procedures for solving business problems by providing recommendations for process and technology solution improvements
  • Troubleshoots complex integration issues within time-sensitive deadlines
  • Designs Ariba reports and dashboards to provide better visibility into key business processes
  • Develop test scenarios and test plans for SAP Ariba modules, components, and sub-components, performing post-implementation analysis throughout the system landscape
  • Coordinate with Product Teams for continuous improvement ideas or initiatives
  • Provides support to at least one functional area, component, and sub-component of SAP Ariba

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in SAP ECC/S4 Hana and Ariba P2P, Guided Buying, Ariba Business Network (supplier, buyer side), Catalog Management, and Masterdata, and will also have an in-depth understanding of integration with downstream systems and supporting model
  • Working knowledge of SAP Ariba Business Network Rules and systems integration points
  • Experience in systems testing and test plan/case development
  • Significant data analysis and process mapping skills
  • Previous experience and background on SAP Ariba Integration Projects is beneficial
