We have an exciting opportunity to join our People Operations team in Manila and are currently looking for a Bamboo HR SME to join the team.

The Bamboo HR SME plays a crucial role in maintaining, optimising, and supporting the HRIS platform within our organisation. This position combines technical expertise with HR knowledge to ensure the seamless operation of HR systems, data accuracy, and compliance with relevant regulation

Key responsibilities will include:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the HRIS platform
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate HRIS with other enterprise systems, such as payroll systems, learning systems and OKTA (IT provisioning systems)
• Coordinate with offshore and onshore service delivery teams to ensure smooth operation and maintenance of the HRIS platform
• Generate and maintain HRIS reports and analytics to support decision-making and compliance requirements
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), user guides, and technical documentation, to support offshore service delivery operations
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and service providers to manage contracts, service agreements, and vendor relationships related to HRIS support and maintenance
• Lead change management initiatives related to HRIS system updates, enhancements, and process improvements, ensuring effective communication, training, and stakeholder engagement across the organization and offshore teams

What you will bring to the role:

• Proven experience (3+ years) in HRIS Systems administration or a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of HRIS platforms (e.g.BambooHR is strongly preferred) and related technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and perform root cause analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with data management, reporting, and analytics tools
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices

Working arrangements/conditions:

- 12 months contract
- Hybrid (once a month in the office - BGC, Taguig)
- 8am to 5pm shift (PH Manila time zone)
- 20 paid time off (half are convertible to cash)
- Competitive pay
