Job Description:
  • Responsible for ensuring accurate implementation of client payroll rules
  • Stay informed about changes in DOLE regulations and update the software correspondingly
  • Conduct payroll processing for clients
  • Create Excel backups for calculations
  • Automate payroll processes using the Human Capital Management Software (HCMS) for all clients
  • Manage data migration for both existing and new clients
  • Facilitate successful onboarding and implementation of the HCMS for clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to address any obstacles
  • Create project plans for each implementation and ensure all deadlines are met
  • Engage with clients, including on-site visits, to build strong relationships
  • Ensure prompt resolution of any post-implementation client issues
  • Foster client loyalty
  • Gain insight into client payroll regulations and policies during implementation
  • Collaborate with clients on the application of rules and policies using historical payroll data
  • Flag any inconsistencies in historical calculations to the client
  • Validate the feasibility of deploying client rules in the software
  • Address any customization requests from clients
  • Verify automated payroll calculations against Excel computations
  • Provide continuous support to clients
  • Other duties as assigned by the CompanyQualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Customer Success Officer in a Software as a Service Company, leading a team of at least 5 Implementation Analysts
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in software implementation
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in handling payroll for multiple clients
  • Familiarity with current DOLE regulations
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
Salary Range: 25K - 35K
