The Customer Service Specialist will interact with the company's customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints, generally providing a higher level of customer support on a specific product or service.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Graduate of Marketing/Advertising

At least with 2 years working experience in the same field.

Preferably with experience in communications, marketing, sales, account management, or customer success.

Strong skills in verbal and written communications, strategic planning, and project management.

Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
