Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Warehouse Specialist.

What are the Roles and Responsibilities?

• Responsible in the efficient management of inventories which includes receiving, handling, storage, preservation, and issuance of all raw materials, scrap materials, and different finished goods inventories.
• Generates, analyzes, and sends daily inventory status reports.
• Responsible in providing information or data on all queries pertaining to Warehouse operations and daily coordination with different departments like Production, Quality Assurance, Logistics, Sales and Engineering.
• Ensures the accuracy of inventories versus record, receiving and issuance of stocks, proper documentation, and compliance to the set inventory management policies
• Responsible in all plant to plant and warehouse transfers of stocks/materials that cover the whole process from receiving, checking, issuance, and documentation using SAP system
• Knowledgeable in navigating the SAP system, generates SAP reports and documents, and operates forklifts if necessary.

What are the Qualifications?

• Must be a graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics/Transportation or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and SAP systems
• With good problem solving and computational skills
• With good communication skills both oral and written
• Applicants must be willing to work in Bagong Ilog,Pasig City.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in the field of Warehousing/Logistics.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, 6 days per week.
