Quality Assurance Specialist

Quality Assurance & Control (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)

Team OnGround Integrated is looking a Quality Assurance Specialists ensure that products and services produced by our agency meet the desired quality standards. Their responsibilities include developing and implementing quality control procedures, monitoring product performance, and identifying and addressing quality issues.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Performing routine inspections and quality tests
• Identifying and resolving workflow and production issues
• Ensuring that standards and safety regulations are observed.
• Addressing and discussing issues and proposed solutions with superiors
• Documenting quality assurance activities and creating audit reports.
• Making recommendations for improvement.
• Creating training materials and operating manuals

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Food Safety, or Quality Management in warehouse
• Certification in quality assurance and food safety is a plus
• Knowledgeable of using different kinds of tools, methods and concepts of quality assurance
• Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent data collection and analysis skills
• Strong attention to details
