Working Arrangement: Onsite - Pasig to North Metro Manila and North Luzon Area

Position Available:

  • Warehouse Head
  • Warehouse Manager
  • Logistics Manager (Mid to Senior)
  • Transport Manager (Mid to Senior)

Warehouse Head/Manager

-Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring the quality of goods
-Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance
-Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
-Ensure shipments' and inventory transactions' accuracy
-Communicate job expectations and coach employees
-Determine staffing levels and assign workload
-Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems
-Maintain items record, document necessary information, and utilize reports to project warehouse status
-Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
-Confer and coordinate activities with other departments

Qualifications

-Proven work experience in a Warehouse Lead role minimum of 8 years
-Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
-Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency

Logistics/Transport Manager:

QUALIFICATIONS:


• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or other Logistics related degree preferred

• At least 8 years of experience related to Customs Brokerage, Supply Chain Management, Traffic Management, Logistics, Shipping and Forwarding supporting consumer facing industries (manufacturing/pharma/fmcg)

• Team-Oriented Manager with the ability to create a collaborative working environment for all stakeholders.

• Knowledge in advanced warehousing, Inventory Management, and Supply-Chain Management.

• Ability to develop standards, SOPS and policies

• Good interpersonal skills with strong knowledge of the market and the latest government rulings

• Proven ability to work effectively with numbers, data, detail, processes.

• Possesses Excellent communication skills.

• Excellent problem-solving capability.

• Excellent computer skills and knowledgeable in various softwares / applications like google workspace, and other related applications.
