1. GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Plans and manages marketing events;
  2. Prepares, plans, and manages the publication of all marketing collaterals to maximize brand promotion and public awareness;
  3. Develops and presents effective marketing campaigns along with budget proposals for the company's brands;
  4. Leads the execution and implementation of these marketing campaigns;
  5. Networks with individuals or companies, both local and national, who might potentially do business with the company;
  6. Evaluates the effectiveness of all ads and marketing activities;
  7. Assesses and analyzes previous marketing activities to improve company's sales performance on future events;
  8. Studies and stays up-to-date on marketing trends;
  9. Develops market analysis by assessing demographics, researching customer needs, and identifying competitors' strengths and weaknesses.
  10. Develops sales strategies and approaches for company brands such as special promotions, sponsored events, etc.;
  11. Reconnects with previous event clients and sends proposals for their upcoming events;
  12. Attends and facilitates performances and other events as required outside regular office hours;
  13. Creates and presents performance reports of events, ads, and campaigns necessary for documentation and company meetings;
  14. Sets marketing schedules and coordinates with property manager, colleagues, sponsors, media representatives, and other points of contact to implement strategies across multiple channels;
  15. Handles client inquiries and correspondence face to face or through phone, email, letters, etc.;
  16. Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service;

II. BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES FOR ESKINA:

  1. Maintains the Facebook page of ESKINA;
  2. Assists and coordinates with Events and Marketing Officer in the management of events and other initiated activities

III. BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE NORFOLK RESORT:

III.A OPERATIONS:

  1. Manages the operations of The Norfolk Resort;
  2. Provides the management of The Norfolk Resort with the needed reports including simplified financial or budgetary requirements;
  3. Recommends and performs administrative tasks that the operations require;

III.B EVENTS AND MARKETING:

  1. Maintains the Facebook page of The Norfolk Resort;
  2. Provides the management of the Norfolk Resort with the needed events and marketing reports;
  3. Boost the resorts revenue by creating packages and proposals to increase sales and market reach;

IV. OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Facilitates the salary processing for the caretakers;
  2. Receives the income from the various produce from the property;
  3. Facilitates the farm and other property supplies of the caretakers;
  4. Ensures the documentation of all implemented transactions;
  5. Performs other tasks as the need arises.

V. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Education:Graduate of Marketing or any business-related courseExperience:Preferably with at least 2-year Marketing experienceOther Skills:

Advanced computer skills

High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
