Job Description
The opportunity
The Agency Administrative Officer is responsible for providing administrative support to the Team.
Responsibilities:
- Effective Sector and/or Zone Events Management & Timely Release of Zone-initiated Reports
- Efficient coordination of Sector and/or Territory Activities and Requirements
- Work with other business units in tracking of special projects / initiatives that impact the sector
- Monitoring of attendance on Structured Work-Week Activities
- Expense Tracking & On-time Submission on Reimbursement and Liquidation of SMTs
- Ensure correct internal processes including procedures and documentation
- Processing of payment related to travels and entertainment of Agency activities
- Maintenance of files where expenses are listed for budget monitoring purposes
- Agency Digitalization and Transformation -- facilitate the achievement of digital tools adoption target through various reminders, reports and other creative ways using various communication channels.
The role will report to the Zone Head.

- Graduate of bachelor's degree
- Strong knowledge on office processes and procedures
- Highly experienced in MS Office and applications (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
