DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responds to queries and concerns regarding HR policies and procedures at the branch level.


Utilizes advertising or posting of job vacancies and other recruitment schemes in sourcing applicants for vacant positions and notifies qualified applicants of position availability.

Processes and reviews employment applications with the requesting department/college.

Administers, scores applicants' psychological examinations and aptitude, personality and prepares test reports.

Conducts initial reviews/processing of job applicants to obtain and verify information used to screen and evaluate them. Recommends shortlisted applicants for next level processing.

Schedules interviews of applicants with the requesting department.

Informs job applicants regarding status of their application.

Conduct background checks of successful applicants.

Conducts initial orientation of new hires prior to deployment.

Ensures completion of all pre-employment requirements prior to deployment.

Deploys successful applicants to the requesting department.

Records and updates data for each employee, including such information as addresses, absences, supervisory reports on performance, and dates of and reason for separation or termination.

Monitors employment status of employees and prepares required documents.

Coordinates and implement orientation and training activities. Prepares and updates presentation materials.


Searches employee's files in order to obtain information for authorized persons and organizations, such as credit organizations and financing companies as may be required.

Examines employee files to answer inquiries and provides information for personnel actions.


Processes, verifies and maintains documentation relating to personnel activities as such as, staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations and classifications.

Performs day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintain information files and processing paperwork.

Under the supervision and guidance of the HR Supervisor, conducts HR action researches, studies and surveys.

Handles disciplinary and labor relations issues, concerns and cases.

Researches, edits or writes articles for the HR News and recommends appropriate layout and content.

Handles and monitors employee relations programs.
