GENERAL:


Contributes to the achievement of Human Resources practices and goals to establish an employee-focused, high-performance environment that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards, goal achievement, and the recruitment and continuous development of a top-notch workforce.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Recruitment
  • Receives, processes, and maintains employee requisition files from various departments and verifies manpower level requirements.
  • Advertises job openings through different channels.
  • Screens applications, schedules interviews or tests, and coordinates the recruitment process.
  • Monitors the recruitment process and prepares relevant reports.
  • Coordinates preemployment medical examinations and other requirements.
  • Assists in preparing employment contracts and briefs new hires on company policies.
  • Training & Development
  • Researches training opportunities, prepares proposals, and coordinates training sessions.
  • Manages training schedules, logistics, and participant coordination.
  • Tracks training records and prepares annual training proposals.
  • Benefits and Welfare
  • Conducts benefit orientations and processes governmentrelated employee records.
  • Provides assistance to employees with benefit claims and other related issues.
  • Prepares reports on benefits and reconciles billing statements.
  • Information System
  • Updates employee information in the HR Management System and maintains records.
  • Ensures confidentiality of employee records and monitors contract dates.
  • Prepares personnel action notices and handles employee certifications and final pay processing.
  • Timekeeping
  • Enrolls new hires in the Time Management System and reviews timekeeping records.
  • Maintains accurate time records and compiles departmental time data.
  • Discipline
  • Reviews violation reports, prepares necessary documentation, and coordinates disciplinary actions.
  • Monitors violation tickets and disciplinary actions for all employees.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

3.1 Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.

3.2 Experience:

  • One to two years of general business experience, with preference for Human Resources experience.

3.3 Others:

  • Proficiency in Word and Excel in a Microsoft Windows environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Database management and recordkeeping abilities.
  • Demonstrated capability to handle confidential information.
  • Strong organizational and problems solving skills.
  • Ability to gather and analyze information effectively.
