Steer Success: Navigate a Team Towards Parking Sales Excellence

  • Responsible for leading and managing a team of B2B Account Executives to ensure the delivery of exceptional sales growth.
  • Providing guidance and support to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Providing training to new team members and ongoing coaching to existing team members.
  • Identifying skill gaps and implementing training programs to enhance the team capabilities.
  • Generating and maintaining reports for tracking of sales performance for teams and individuals.
  • Generating and maintaining reports for tracking of activity performance for teams and individuals.
  • Managing team daily call activity through planning of an effective sales targeting approach and meeting KPIs based on defined expectations.
  • Generating sales leads using internal systems processes and external programs.
  • Managing and allocating sales leads to sales team via internal systems processes and incoming requests.
  • Assisting in sales/accounts team escalations of issues relating to customer accounts, and occasionally assisting in conversion of sales opportunities.
  • Ensuring the CRM (SalesForce) is updated to ensure data quality.
  • Responsible for everyday vigilance to cybersecurity and customer data privacy protection, and to report any concerns immediately to your manager for consideration.
  • The role may involve occasional work to be performed outside of normal business hours, working with peers in Europe or the USA in order to develop and maintain knowledge of EasyPark, its products, technology, services and value proposition.
  • Constantly seeking ways of improving the way the business operates.
  • Actively participates in the Annual Performance Review process.
  • Supporting initiatives to ensure a safe, healthy and hazard-free environment for all employees.
  • Performing other related duties to benefit the objective of the organization as amended from time to time.

Unlock Your Potential: Rev Up Your Skills for Success in Parking Sales

  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in fast-paced teams, ideally within a technical/software environment.
  • Experience working with Australian clients desirable.
  • Experience managing team and individual Sales/Activity/Performance KPIs preferred.
  • Experience in customer service and managing customer queries and/or complaints.
  • Qualification or experience in generating and maintaining reporting systems, SalesForce preferred.
  • Relevant qualification or experience in managing comprehensive Microsoft Excel datasets, and/or Business Analytics platforms.
  • SKILLS:
  • Strong management and with an ability to maintain a calm, structured approach to a growing team.
  • Strong data analysis capabilities and providing relevant insights based on data.
  • A team-focused, collaborative approach with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt to various audiences from peers to senior leaders within our client base.
  • An energetic and collaborative nature who enjoys a competitive environment.
  • An ability to think both creatively and strategically.
  • Be deadline-oriented, inquisitive, with great follow-up and reporting skills.
  • Have the ability to respond well under pressure with critical timeframes.
