We are looking for a Global Employer Brand Manager focusing on Early Careers. This position involves leading worldwide recruitment marketing efforts for early careers and overseeing various local campaigns. This is a great chance to broaden your skills in diverse areas such as social media, inclusion and diversity, content creation (both video and written), candidate experience, and data analysis.

Success in this role hinges on collaborating with internal teams and external creative agencies. Whether you come from a marketing background or have experience in early careers/recruitment branding, we need someone who can effectively convey core business messages to attract an early careers audience globally and locally. We value your strategic problem-solving and project management abilities within a complex organization.

We are seeking a candidate who exhibits the following traits and experiences:

  • Skilled communicator and relationship builder - adept at fostering relationships through various channels and engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders in both physical and virtual settings.
  • Proficient in content creation - integral to our success is the ability to showcase authentic stories of the workplace through various content formats. You will play a key role in creating content tailored to different audiences and regions, capturing local nuances.
  • Expert in social media and campaign management - vital for our talent attraction strategy, showcasing experience in managing paid campaigns and optimizing their performance continuously.
  • Champion of candidate experience and employer brand - responsible for ensuring an exceptional candidate journey and consistent messaging globally and locally. As a subject matter expert, you will guide leadership, recruiters, and stakeholders on best practices.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment marketing or employer branding specifically for Early Careers.
  • Experience in creating organic and sponsored content, managing campaigns, and social media postings.
  • Familiarity with diverse talent segments for newsletter content is a strong advantage.
