Job Description:

  1. Vendor Relationship Management:
  2. Lead a team of vendor managers in the selection, onboarding, and ongoing management of 3PL partners.
  3. Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key 3PL providers.
  4. Ensure that 3PL partners consistently meet or exceed established SLAs and KPIs. 2. Performance Monitoring and Improvement:
  5. Implement and monitor performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of 3PL providers.
  6. Analyze performance data and identify areas for improvement; collaborate with vendors to implement corrective actions.
  7. Conduct regular performance reviews and audits to maintain high service quality. 3. Cost Management:
  8. Work closely with the finance department to manage and optimize logistics budgets.
  9. Identify cost-saving opportunities through negotiation, process optimization, and vendor consolidation.
  10. Implement cost-control measures to maximize efficiency while maintaining service levels. 4. Contract and Agreement Management:
  11. Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to negotiate and draft contracts and agreements with 3PL partners.
  12. Ensure that all contracts are compliant with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  13. Monitor contract compliance and resolve any contractual disputes as needed. 5. Strategic Planning:
  14. Participate in the development of supply chain and logistics strategies.
  15. Provide input on long-term logistics network optimization, capacity planning, and risk management. 6. Team Leadership and Development:
  16. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of vendor managers, fostering their growth and skill development.
  17. Ensure that team members are aligned with company goals and objectives. 7. Communication and Collaboration:
  18. Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments, including procurement, operations, and transportation, to align logistics activities with broader business objectives.
  19. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive alignment and ensure smooth logistics operations. Requirements:
  20. With at least 3 years of working experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse, or freight forwarding.
  21. Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, logistics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  22. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to deal cross-functional.
  23. Energetic, action-oriented, positive approach to problem solving with analytical skill, has passion in the eCommerce industry.
  24. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  25. Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  26. Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  27. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  28. Amenable to be assigned in Mandaluyong
