  • 5+ years of experience as a Service Manage/ relationship management experience
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for third parties and manage an effective governance between company and third-party applications vendor.
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Being based in Manila, will represent company interactions and liaison between company and their application support vendor
  • Experience owning program management, end to end delivery POC for all related activities and, communicating results to senior leadership
  • Business to Business service management experience on technical/application side if possible
  • Proven experience building strong relationships and connecting with senior leaders.
  • Manages and/or provides support for projects as applicable, with the goal of delivering on time and within budget and scope. Responsible for planning and tracking budget, variances, and deliverables as defined. Works with internal business leaders to define scope, project timeline, deliverables and priorities on individual and competing projects or business strategies.
  • Successfully creates, manages detailed work plans, including time, resources and expenditures.
  • Service Manager that will help manage resources managing applications
  • Mainly partner with Business Partner aligned for applications support, this vendor is contracted to maintain to applications
  • Service Manager liaison between our client and their vendor
  • In-depth technical knowledge to be able to have routine including minimum weekly call with this applications vendor to ensure
  • Monitor and ensure successful delivery from vendor on their contractual obligations by ensuring:
    • They're meeting SLAs
    • Invoices to our clients' vendors are sent on timely manners
    • Keep track of all of the project work timelines
  • Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Clear effective verbal and written communication skills including the ability to actively listen, problem solve, and communicate effectively with both technical and business users, team player; works well with others.
  • Excellent customer service skills
