Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Outreach Specialist to join the Client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing email campaigns and LinkedIn messaging strategies to engage potential clients and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute targeted email campaigns to engage potential clients and generate leads.
- Craft compelling email content that resonates with target audiences and drives action.
- Utilize LinkedIn messaging to connect with prospects and initiate conversations about our products/services.
- Personalize outreach messages to address the specific needs and interests of each prospect.
- Follow up with prospects via email and LinkedIn to nurture relationships and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and appointment conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts with overall business objectives and campaigns.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in email marketing and LinkedIn outreach, incorporating new strategies and techniques into outreach efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and prospect interactions in CRM software.
Qualifications:
- at least 1 year of related experience
- Proven experience in email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, or a related field, with a strong track record of generating leads and scheduling appointments.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive email content.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM software for managing outreach campaigns and tracking results.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business growth through effective outreach strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
