The Team Leader is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the performance of the team. The role's responsibilities will encompass driving productivity, ensuring quality standards, and fostering a culture of excellence within the team.

• Drive the team's performance including but not limited to productivity, quality, and attendance.

• Conduct regular audits of the team members to ensure adherence to workflows and
overall client success.

• Identify opportunities that are related to performance deficiencies both on an individual
level and team level.

• Ensure SOPs are implemented through strict enforcement.

• Set clear and proper objectives to team members to ensure that the team's goals are
met.

• Liaise necessary information to both the management and team members.

• Conduct regular coaching sessions with team members to support them in achieving
their performance and career goals.

• Work with the operations manager by establishing effective communication to ensure
that roadblocks and issues are addressed in a timely manner.

• Comply with operational objectives to contribute to the organization's success in
meeting the needs of its clients and team members.

• Other duties assigned.

Required Qualifications:


Prior experience in coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their performance and facilitate career growth.

Knowledgeable with medical billing practices and processes, with the ability to navigate complex billing scenarios effectively.

• Familiarity with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations and guidelines, along with a commitment to maintaining the confidentiality and security of protected health information (PHI).

• Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office applications, including Excel for data analysis, Word for documentation, and PowerPoint for presentations.

• Familiarity with Google Suite tools such as Google Drive and Sheets for collaborative document management and data analysis.

• Clear and coherent in both written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey information, instructions, and feedback in a clear and professional manner.

• Strong interpersonal abilities with a focus on providing exceptional customer service to both internal team members and external clients.

• Keen attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies, analyze complex information, and troubleshoot issues effectively.

• Strong problem-solving skills combined with the capacity to conduct thorough research to resolve challenges and optimize processes.

Screening Criteria:

MUST HAVE STABLE EMPLOYMENT HISTORY. (Enter additional criteria below.)

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management.

• At least two (2) years of leadership experience.


• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.

Other Desired Qualifications:


Certification Billing/Coding preferred.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.


• In-depth understanding and experience with commercial and government insurance plans, including eligibility criteria and regulations.


• Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, UB, HCFA, and 837 Terminologies for accurate billing and coding processes.


• Basic Knowledge of SQL preferred.

Planned Schedule:

  • 9am-6pm Eastern Time/9pm-6am PH (Mon-Friday)
