Responsible for end-to-end management of the Service and Maintenance Department. Assist in recruitment - conduct orientation and training for service and maintenance staff, and monitor the performance of personnel.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Management:

  • Supervising and managing Mechanics' performance and workflow.
  • Responsible for arranging dispatch teams going to clients' sites nationwide.
  • Liaise with the team and make sure that all preventive maintenance, check-ups, and repairs are all catered.
  • Responsible for the approval of mechanics' rendered overtime.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports about the performance of the Service Department to the Management
  • Work closely with the management to ensure that urgent requests will be properly attended

Service:

  • Responsible for executing customer requirements for maintenance services.
  • Completing periodic check-ups, service history records, and preventive maintenance. Accountable for keeping the customer up-to-date on the schedule of periodic maintenance.
  • Improve the overall performance of the machine, know about the machine in detail, and recommend builds and modifications according to the requirements of the company.
  • Ordering and managing repair parts cycle times. Ensure that any parts that need replacing are available in stock.
  • Utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues. Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up
  • Participating in sales opportunities such as new contracts, contract renewal, and sales support
  • Branch Visitations if required by the management
  • Manage other tasks that may assigned from time to time and your performance will also be evaluated monthly.

Role Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent. PRC license is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years & and above relevant working experience specialized in Maintenance/Repair (especially hydraulic excavator).
  • Must have experience in inspection, troubleshooting, servicing, and repair of hydraulic excavators.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to balance a schedule of work and priorities.
  • Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution-based service process.
  • Must have driver's license for 4-wheelers
  • Preferably candidates within Quezon City or Nearby areas.
