Job Description

The Talent Administrator & Coordinator is in charge of supplying administrative assistance in the talent acquisition process, handling pre-hire and post-hire actions, managing various logistical and recruitment tasks to support a specific client program or teams.

  • Location: Manila Delivery Center (Mandaluyong, PH)
  • Requirements: Strong administrative and coordination skills; recruitment admin experience; conducting phone screenings
  • Language Skills: Native Language; English
  • Work Setup: Hybrid (1-2 days in the office)
  • Shift: 3rd shift (CST/EST)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support recruitment and interview procedures
  • Review screening assessments and document candidate responses, screening candidates in or out based on role requirements
  • Coordinate interview schedules to ensure evaluation of qualified candidates
  • Update candidate statuses in relevant recruitment systems (ATS, proprietary platforms, etc.)
  • Promptly review applications submitted via the ATS
  • Schedule phone, video, and in-person interviews with Recruiters or Hiring Managers
  • Keep recruitment team informed about progress, escalate issues if needed
  • Offer additional administrative support to the recruitment team as necessary
Qualifications

Requirements

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:

  • Work experience in a business or office setting
  • Customer service or administrative background preferred

Skills:

  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook
  • Effective prioritization and organizational aptitude
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to colleagues and clients
  • Passion for the field of recruitment
