We are growing our Global GBS Hub in Manila and therefore we are looking for a Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Specialist, that will be a key member of Global Business Services Talent Acquisition Team and will be responsible for running end to end recruitment processes on high volume recruitment processes for corporate positions, as well as employer branding initiatives.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Working in close partnership with Hiring Managers,
  • Managing full cycle of recruitment processes (job posting, proactive search of Candidates, screening Candidates, interview scheduling, feedback collection, offer negotiation and closing down the requisition),
  • Real time administration of ATS allowing appropriate reporting of TA MI,
  • Searching for alternative channels of sourcing Candidates,
  • Growing your expertise about Global Business Services and its talent market in Manila,
  • Creating employer branding posts on social media, that increase awareness about Fresenius Medical Care,
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
