We, at PCCW Global, are seeking an Administrative to join us in the Philippines.
Handling PEZA and Government Certificates
Procurement and Purchasing Management
Preparation of Daily, Weekly, Month-end, and Year-end Reports
Logistics
Assets Administration and Management
Manages Program / Campaigns Ad hoc Functions
Safekeeping of Confidential Documents
Handles SLT and OM's PTO Tracker
Other ad hoc tasks/functions that may be assigned by the Company as per business requirements. These may change from time to time to reflect the changing requirement of your position and our business.
Previous Administrative Background is preferred, at least 2 years
Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
Excellent level of English
Self-starter who is target-driven and motivated
Good interpersonal skills
A high level of judgment, advanced problem-solving techniques;
Detailed and process-oriented;
Knowledgeable in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio etc)
Able to work under pressure
