Recruitment - Internal (Human Resources & Recruitment)

Responsible for managing TA Support or Pre-Boarding team, throughout the recruiting process.

Primary duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Directly responsible for the management of the Talent Acquisition associates in support of the pre-boarding function.
  • Responsible for delivering a superior candidate experience by ensuring that the team can properly support candidates throughout the process.
  • Drives achievement of metrics and efficiencies across the team
  • Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
  • Identifies trends and opportunities for training and process improvement.
  • Conducts routine audits, analyzes exception reports, and makes appropriate corrections based on data with focus on flawless execution for customers.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in utilizing current talent acquisition digital technologies is required.
  • Ability to interface with candidates in an engaging and persuasive manner; ability to partner with, advise, and influence hiring managers in a consultative manner to foster long-term relationships is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with both corporate (in-house) and third-party recruiting strongly preferred.
  • Requires a BA degree in HR or related field; 7 years' experience in recruitment and development/implementation of talent acquisition strategies, at least 5 years of people management experience in the talent acquisition function,
  • In-depth knowledge of the TA landscape in health insurance industry or healthcare BPO is strongly preferred.
  • Must be willing to work on a night/graveyard shift
