CORE FUNCTIONS, DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Core Functions: Duties & Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Selection
Ensure to hire the right person for the right job at the right time.

Review the approved requisition from PeopleStrong and ensure complete information, approval, and supporting documents, such as valid separation notice, justification for the additional headcount, and job description, based on the approved matrix.

Facilitate the calibration meeting with the hiring manager to understand the job scope of the vacancies.

Ensure that all assigned vacancies are posted in the job portals such as PSACC Career Page, Jobstreet, LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook and other job portals in a timely manner.

Consistent paper screening to all receive applications in the job portals.

Conducts initial interview assessment based on the job scope, qualifications and culture fit.

Provide interview summary and endorse for hiring manager's review & confirmation of schedule.

Schedule the candidate for the final interview.

Monitor final interview progress and confirm the decision.

Collect compensation information/details through the salary sheet and the supporting documents such as pay slip, BIR 2316, and any documents to support the declaration.

Endorse the collected salary information to the Total Rewards team for assessment, recommendation and approval.

Facilitate offer discussion & negotiation to the candidate

Proactively source & process candidates for the projected vacancies based on the hiring forecast and attrition rates

ClientManagement
Build strong and good relationships with the stakeholders.

Build strong relationships with both internal & external stakeholders (e.g., hiring manager and applicants).

Provide a timely update with the recruitment progress and the challenges.

Handle major and minor escalations.

Participate and coordinate with the HRBPs & Hiring Manager about the hiring forecast needs and manpower plotting according to the job levels & attrition plan.

Administration

Ensure that all administrative tasks are handled effectively and efficiently according to deadline.

Manages online brand campaigns related to recruitment.

Organizes and develops sourcing and recruitment marketing initiatives.

Participate in the quarterly review of the recruitment process on how to improve and address the gaps.

Monitor job offer recommendation & its approval process.

Draft Job Offer Letter, NDA and both regular and probationary contract. Also, secure the proper signature in a timely manner.

Assist the candidates with the pre-employment requirements, endorsement to medicals and signing of the JO Letter.

Send a Job Offer Acceptance Email to the hiring manager, HRBP and Payroll Manager.

Receive and review the soft copy pre-employment requirement and update the onboarding tracker.

Coordinates with the hiring manager in identifying a new hire's buddy.

Maintain the accuracy of records and data both the PeopleStrong Recruit & Onboarding and other hiring reports.

Provide the first day details to the candidates and ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.

JOB QUALIFICATION & SPECIFICATION

Educational Background:
Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or equivalent courses.

Years of Related Experience:
At least five (5) years of working experience in the field of Talent Acquisition/Recruitment

Skills Required:
In depth knowledge of full cycle of end-to-end recruitment (from Sourcing to Onboarding)
Preference with solid background with Technical Operation in Shipping & Logistics Industry
Must have an experience with volume hiring and executive roles
Creative & with social media management experience (Facebook & LinkedIn) in attracting talents
Experience in HRIS System is an advantage

Behavioral and Interpersonal:
Must have good interpersonal and negotiation skills
With high levels of honesty, integrity and reliability.
Independent and reliable
Can easily adapt into a fast-paced working environment

Qualities:
