It's a strategic role where you will drive operations, lead a large recruitment team and manage the day to day deliverables. Importantly, this is a client facing role that will see you partner, collaborate with, and provide advice and guidance to senior business leaders. You will lead change and influence key stakeholders as you direct and shape the recruitment approach and create value to the client through the development and delivery of impactful projects and initiatives.

How you'll shape the future of talent:
  • Responsible for the Talent Acquisition function and Recruitment approach at a strategic and operational level
  • Leading a TA team (Talent Acquisition consultants, Talent sourcing specialists, Talent Acquisition Administrators) to deliver across a diverse range of roles (technology/shared services/corporate operations)
  • Partnering closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to strategise and shape a best-in-class recruitment process
  • Provide guidance and counsel across the business as the key expert in all things Talent Acquisition
You'll be someone who can bring:
  • Proven experience and expertise in operational leadership of a client/business facing recruitment team
  • Strong background in people management
  • Past experience in establishing and delivering a strategic and operational recruitment approach
  • Ability to effectively engage and manage client relationships at the most senior levels
  • A background from the Financial Services sector will be highly regarded.
