BASIC FUNCTION
Position Overview
The Client Success Agent will be the single point of contact to Sales and other Insight departments for orders within the Fulfillment Centers.
- Proactively acknowledge and complete daily inquiries and work requests
- Works inter departmentally to support and successfully fulfill requests
- Build and maintain relationships
- Provide feedback on processes, efficiency, and quality
- Responsible for accurate documentation
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma and relevant work experience within the IT or Software industry; college degree preferred
- The ideal candidate is a self starter who can work independently
- They must be an effective multi tasker with strong organization and time management skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments is essential
- The ability to identify and use resources to achieve deliverables is needed
- The ability to read and understand documents and technical information is critical
- Must be decisive and be able to support a balanced position between client needs and organizational needs
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have a strong Excel skillset
