Position Summary:

The Client Services Director will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing client relationships, overseeing multiple key client portfolios, and leading a team of account executives, client services managers, and other relevant personnel. The primary focus will be on developing and implementing strategic account plans, ensuring high-level strategies for client satisfaction and growth.

Responsibilities:

· Oversee and manage multiple key client portfolios, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and growth.

· Build strong, collaborative relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for strategic discussions.

· Lead a team of account executives, client services managers, and other professionals.

· Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure the team's success in meeting and exceeding client expectations.

Strategic Planning:

· Develop and implement high-level strategies for client satisfaction, retention, and growth.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align client strategies with overall company objectives.

Account Planning and Execution:

· Develop and execute strategic account plans, considering client needs, market trends, and business goals.

· Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure the success of account plans.

Client Communication:

· Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding of client expectations.

· Conduct regular business reviews and present insights, performance metrics, and recommendations to clients.

Problem Resolution:

· Proactively identify and address client issues, working closely with internal teams to provide effective and timely solutions.

· Implement corrective actions and preventive measures to enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Alternatively, equivalent professional experience will be considered.

· Proven experience in a Senior Client Services role, preferably within a call center or related industry.

· Demonstrated success in managing and growing client portfolios.

· Strong leadership skills with experience in leading and developing high-performance teams.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective account plans.
