Inviting applications for the role of Vice President – BCM Technology Services, Manila – Philippines

In this role, you will be responsible for establishing, developing, and managing operations & delivery for our BCMI Tech Services portfolio. You will function as a Tech delivery leader and liaise with service lines and other functions to ensure proper solution design, cost, and fitment to the portfolio as well as to the operational strategy for the portfolio. You will lead delivery & operations across the portfolio.

Responsibilities

· Define & drive a strategic roadmap for the BCMI Tech Business

· Operate the Business as per Operating Plans – Revenue & Margin

· Client Management: Ability to host clients and drive consultative mining & growth

· Establish key relationships with key client stakeholders, Genpact stakeholders

· Provide thought leadership and dependable execution on diverse projects

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

  • BE /B Tech

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

  • At least relevant years' experience in the technology services space of which at least relevant years in the financial services industry
  • Must have handled 250+ strong teams
  • Good understanding of all modern tech trends e.g., SRE, Cloud Migration, Application Modernization, QA automation, AIOPs etc.
  • Should have handled at least 2 large tech outsourcing engagements that were governed by SLAs, KPIs and involved significant transformation
  • Must have done client facing roles for at least relevant experience.
  • Good communication skills, ability to build high performance teams, ability to work with cross-functional teams etc.
