Driving Sales Excellence: Your Role in Shaping E-commerce Triumphs

Assist with all requests from the Sales and Sales Support teams, including but not limited to:Prepare economic analyses by item and customer.Prepare quote sheets for customers and corresponding internal grids to communicate quotes within the organization to other departments like Creative and Purchasing.Spearhead item and vendor setups for all customers.Assist with sample requests by coordinating internally and externally.Communicate directly with customers as needed.Keep records of all key customer timelines, including review dates, decision dates, order dates, and ship dates, and maintain a sales calendar by customer.Remind the sales and creative team of key upcoming dates related to the key account sales calendar in advance to ensure Sophistiplate executes on every possible deal with every customer.Create customer presentations in Canva, PowerPoint, Excel, or other software.Maintain records of all customer presentations sent and track results of each presentation made.Assist purchasing as needed with item, SKU, and UPC creation.Assist the creative team in proofreading catalogs, presentations, and order forms.Assist the sales team in maintaining product data sheets on various platforms.Plan, manage, and execute email marketing campaigns for wholesale customers with direction from the sales team.Actively input prospects and leads into ERP system (NetSuite) and manage lead/prospect lists.Actively source new prospects based on criteria from the sales team.Support sales team with outbound selling efforts.Skills that Sell: Your Ticket to Thriving in E-commerce3-5+ years of sales or sales support experienceBachelor's degree with a focus on sales, economics, digital marketing, marketing, commerce, or communicationsExpert-level knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office SuiteProficiency with Adobe Suite, PowerPoint, and CanvaAbility to effectively present information and communicate with management, colleagues, customers, and external partnersPositive attitude, seeing challenges as opportunities and being a resourceful problem-solverExcellent organizational skills, time management, attention to detail, and ability to multitaskNetSuite experience is a plusBeyond the Sale:HMO coverage effective upon hireAbove-market salary packagePermanent WFH set-upPrime office locationsStandard government and Emapta benefits20 annual leaves to be used on your discretionDirect exposure to international clientsRealistic career growth opportunitiesUpskilling through Emapta AcademyDiverse and supportive work environmentMeet Our E-commerce Maestros: Innovators in Digital Retail
