WE ARE LOOKING FOR 10 ADMIN ASSISTANTS TO START ASAP

The successful candidates, based on profile, qualifications, and skills, may be assigned to any of the following business groups:

Sales TeamWarehouse and Logistics TeamBusiness Support GroupCustomer Engagement Team (Telesales and social media selling) Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Provide assistance to the Supervisor / Manager relative to documents management (filing and retrieval of documents).
  2. Provide admin and clerical support to the Supervisor/ Manager.
  3. Perform admin tasks including, but not limited to, sales order processing, inventory tracking and monitoring, and reports generation as required by the Immediate Head.
  4. Assist in managing vendors and external business partners.
  5. Other activities and tasks relative to the day-to-day operations. While we prefer candidates with at least 1 year relevant experience, fresh graduates of any business course are also encouraged and welcome to apply. Candidates must be willing to work in Quezon City (near Banawe Street and E. Rodriguez Ave.) from Monday to Saturday, 8AM to 5PM.
