  • Manage the Recruitment Team to deliver our approach to creating the best recruitment experience for all candidates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with our hiring managers and Senior Leaders, keeping them up to date, and adding value to the business by supporting growth through workforce planning of their requirements.
  • Ensure effective and consistent processes for pre-employment, onboarding, training, and deployment

Make an Impact: Your Key Duties

  • Must have at least 3 years of leadership experience in full-cycle recruitment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, and Excel plus an applicant tracking system (Bullhorn) is required.

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented, energetic, exhibits strong people management skills, highly prioritizes performance, and emphasizes quality.
