The Case Manager must be highly organized, empathetic, compassionate, nonjudgmental, and eager to support a growing management team.
Case Manager Requirements and Qualifications
- Possesses superb written and spoken communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with colleagues, applicants, employers and attorneys
- Excellent time management skills; organized and able to prioritize
- Motivated to take on additional case load volume and solve problems
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple cases
- Able to organize and manage large amounts of files, schedules, dates, and information
- Self-directed and able to work without supervision
- Comfortable with building personal relationships and dedicated to helping others
- Empathetic and supportive with mentorship and leadership skills
- Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
- Must be willing to work on-site
Case Manager Duties and Responsibilities
- Review incoming applicant files for accuracy and completeness of documentation required for filing of an immigration application
- Ongoing and timely communication with applicant in order to provide a high level of customer service and to ensure each applicant's case is being managed in a proactive manner
- Ongoing and timely communication with client in order to provide a high level of customer service and to ensure client is appropriately informed throughout the entire recruitment process
- Timely submission and ongoing monitoring of applicant files and related documents to immigration attorneys, credentialing, and licensure agencies
- Timely and accurate record keeping of applicant status
- Advise immediate manager in a timely manner of any adverse developments impacting on the progress of applicant cases
