The US Recruitment Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and oversight of the team. The Manager will support the core values of the company while ensuring we are supporting the internal and external stakeholders. The Manager will meet at a minimum of monthly with each of their team members to ensure they have the tools needed to be successful and are reaching their weekly and monthly role expectations and milestones.
The team will provide recruitment and onboarding support for healthcare roles based in the US. It represents a pioneering BPO in Healthcare Operations.
Will offer healthcare professionals new career opportunities that involve travel, growth, and excitement.
Will provide travel nurses, travel therapists, and travel allied professionals with the assignment of their dreams.
We have travel healthcare jobs in all 50 states and believe in matching healthcare professionals with travel assignments that fit their career, lifestyle, and travel goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor weekly, monthly, and rolling 6-month metrics for each specialist on team to ensure goals are met and help them obtain next level milestone.
- Meet monthly in 1:1's with each team member to ensure personal (if requested by team member) and professional goals are clear and have plan for reaching.
- Manage daily problems which arise to overcome obstacles and ensure travelers are and remain fully credentialed.
- Maintain state of continual Joint Commission readiness by trending quality scores and working with placement team to resolve issues.
- Trend paperwork and compliance issues and create education/training so all team members are clear on requirements.
- Motivate team through recognition program.
- Create with the training department a standardized training program and process guide.
- Analyze processes to look for ways to streamline and increase efficiency.
- Approve outstanding paperwork at starts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum of 3 years staffing industry experience with at least 1 year in placement or credentialing or quality preferred.
- At least 2 years management experience
- Nursing degree or experience in healthcare is a plus.
- Strong computer skills including MS Office, especially for Outlook and Word
- Internet research capabilities and skills
- Ability to navigate third party software.
- Self-motivated and strong team player
- Able to make decisions at times with limited information.
- Positive attitude, upbeat, personable and friendly demeanor
- Ability to work with teams, internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong critical and organizational skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple distractions.
- Ability to stay on task with minimal direction.
- Ability to handle large workload while maintaining high level of quality of work.
- Ability to review and analyze employee performance reports.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
- Must be willing to work in rotating shifts or US time zone.
- Must be willing to work in the office at Bridgetowne, QC
