JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage the group's accounting processes including monthly, quarterly and yearly closing processes, including consolidation and generation of consolidated reports
  • Supervise and review the work of the accounting team including cash reconciliations, check runs, AP/AR transactions
  • Manages delivery of budget and financial forecasts and report variances
  • Ensures quality control over financial transactions and reportingincludes creation of overall finance timetable
  • Manage the financial reporting of the Company.
  • Work with Finance Managers in achieving the goals and KPIs of each team
  • Work with other department heads in discussing matters concerning finance such as contracts, operational issues, fundings, working capital requirements and compliance etc.
  • Provides in-depth analysis of financial data and partners with business unit leaders in creating opportunities for operational efficiency
  • Provide monthly financial enabling function reporting on costs and benefits and financial analysis on overhead costs vs previous year, plan, and forecast
  • Manage OPEX/CAPEX and work collaboratively with Department Heads on Budgeting and Forecasting
  • Overseeing commercial decision making from tender analysis, margin analysis, pricing analysis etc.
  • Develops and documents finance processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
  • Establish and continually audit all financial controls including purchasing, cash, inventories, store assets and payroll.
  • Maintain good relationship with the Company's non-banking partners, banks, and other third-party institutions
  • Coordinate and review all tax filings
  • Risk Management to ensure the business has a solid risk framework in place
  • Provides the financial support for the checking and approval of all major investment project proposals (business cases)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • A licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
  • Minimum 10 years of related work experience and 5 years in related position
  • Expertise in Accounting, Financial Planning, Analysis, Taxation, Audit
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, can interact professionally with individuals of all levels within the organization
  • Solution-oriented, highly analytical, thinks both critically and creatively
  • Must have advanced working knowledge on MS Office and Google WorkspaceKnowledgeable in Oracle-based finance systems
  • Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and is able to meet deadlines and milestones

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php100, Php120,000.00 per month
