A. Job Summary

The Vice President for AMG is primarily responsible in providing direction, executive leadership and management of the Company's accounts generation and marketing-related activities. He will drive the Company's efforts to position itself as a major industry player, as well as to achieve the Company's revenue goals.

B. Duties and Responsibilities

· Undertake accounts prospecting and identification of target market segments to whom the Company will offer its products and services.

· Plan the overall business development production target of the Account management Group, on a group-wide basis and set the individual targets of each Account Officer, for approval of the Senior Management of the Company.

· Responsible for the execution of the regular Marketing-related activities such as Marketing Summit, Marketing Planning, and caravans, if applicable.

· Manage the overall performance of the AMG, and implement appropriate business development and account management strategies that shall ensure attainment of the Group business plans and targets.

· Manage the individual performance of all officers of the AMG to ensure that each officer shall be motivated to perform on both individual and team basis.

· Ensure that Account Officers shall be prospecting and developing accounts that are deemed financially viable and possess good growth potentials in the long-term.

· Review all credit applications and proposals to ensure that relevant risks have been thoroughly evaluated and considered in the evaluation process before the proposal is submitted to the Credit Committee for approval.

· Keep abreast of the developments in the Company's trading areas (market, industry, competition) and to recommend courses of action the company shall undertake to address any changes affecting the Company's operations.

· Undertake regular visits / coordination with new and existing accounts of the company to address any concerns that may arise between DBP Leasing and Customers.

· Periodically report to Senior Management and to the Board the status of AMG's production performance (actual vs. target) and the summary of its major prospective deals in the pipeline.

· Perform other tasks that may be assigned by Management from time to time.

C. Job Qualifications

· Graduate of a 4-year College Degree preferably in the fields related to Banking and Finance / Economics / Accounting / Management / Business / Marketing

· With superior familiarity with credit and financial concepts, procedures, and processes typically used in banking and other financial institutions.

· With at least 10 years of work experience in a similar profession (marketing and sales)

· Preferably with work experience in a leasing/ financing institution as marketing or credit for at least 7 years

· Excellent English communications skills both Written and Oral

· Has at least 7 years of supervisory / managerial experience in related work

· Superior knowledge in leasing and financing

· With unquestionable integrity and strong attention to details

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php159, Php161,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Flextime

Supplemental pay types:

  • 13th month salary
