The role of Vice President for Marketing entails spearheading strategic marketing initiatives aimed at amplifying our company's product/service portfolio, bolstering brand recognition, and fostering robust customer engagement. We seek an individual who brings forth a blend of innovative thinking, adept leadership qualities, and exceptional communication prowess, alongside a proven history of navigating the intricacies of marketing management.

Primary Duties:

  • Devising and executing holistic marketing strategies aligned with corporate objectives and revenue milestones.
  • Collaborating with multifaceted teams to discern market dynamics, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes, thereby shaping effective marketing approaches.
  • Supervising the development of diverse marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, sales collaterals, and digital assets.
  • Overseeing the company's digital footprint encompassing website administration, social media endeavors, and targeted email campaigns.
  • Orchestrating corporate gatherings, trade exhibitions, and sponsorships to bolster brand visibility and cultivate lead generation avenues.
  • Conducting rigorous market analyses to unearth growth prospects and refine developmental strategies.
  • Monitoring and evaluating marketing performance metrics to gauge the efficacy of campaigns and undertakings.
  • Guiding and nurturing a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and achievement.
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends, embracing best practices, and leveraging emerging technologies to optimize marketing endeavors.
  • Formulating and managing the marketing budget, ensuring judicious resource allocation to maximize returns on investment.

Credentials:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated track record 10 years in marketing management roles within corporate environments.
  • Has experience in with retail stores and branches.
  • Proficiency in leadership, inspiring cross-functional teams towards shared objectives.
  • Exceptional communication skills, adept at articulating ideas and influencing stakeholders across hierarchies.
  • Expertise in digital marketing strategies and tools, trade marketing, PR and Events and etc.
  • Analytical acumen, capable of extrapolating insights from data to steer decision-making.
  • Innate creativity coupled with a commitment to innovation and perpetual improvement.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced milieu, adept at managing concurrent projects efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php150, Php170,000.00 per month
