POSITIONS OPEN FOR THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS:
Role & responsibilities
1. Residential Customer Management
- Conduct comprehensive site surveys for all leads and submit findings to the design team for customer offer generation.
- Achieve a defined conversion rate from lead to closed sale with handover to the nearest channel partner.
- Execute BTL activities such as canopy activities and local trade fair participation to generate a targeted number of new leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with electrical contractors, architects, and A-class electricians to ensure a steady stream of referrals.
- Identify and onboard new channel partners in regions without coverage (white spaces), ensuring they comply with Exide's installation norms and standards.
- Maintain a high level of engagement with existing channel partners to ensure continuous business growth and adherence to company policies.
4. System Updates
- Regularly update the Sales Force Development (SFDC) system with all customer interactions, site surveys, lead status, and channel partner information to ensure data accuracy and availability.
