Sales Strategy Development and Execution:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and marketing plans for PV projects and products.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, adjusting sales strategies accordingly.
  • Set sales targets and ensure the team achieves these goals.

Market Expansion and Customer Development:

  • Identify and develop new market opportunities, potential Commercial and Industrial (C&I) project clients, and new sales channels and partnerships.
  • Maintain and deepen relationships with existing customers and channel partners to ensure long-term cooperation.

  • Evaluate and manage channel partners to ensure they meet performance standards.

Project Management:

  • Manage and coordinate all phases of Solar projects, including design, procurement, construction, and acceptance.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality requirements.
  • Work closely with internal teams (engineering, technical, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth project progression, understand well for the risk control of project.

Team Management:

  • Recruit, train, and manage the sales team to enhance overall team performance.
  • Set team KPIs and regularly evaluate team members' performance.
  • Motivate team members, provide necessary support and resources, and ensure efficient team operations.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Establish and maintain good relationships with key customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly communicate with customers to understand their feedback and improve products and services promptly.
  • Coordinate internal resources to support sales activities and project implementation.
  • Provide sales data analysis and reports to assist company decision-making.
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to improve the professional skills of the sales team.

Marketing and Events:

  • Participate in the development and implementation of marketing plans and activities.
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and other promotional events to enhance brand awareness.
  • Collect market information and feedback on market trends and customer needs.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Over 10 years of sales experience in the Solar industry or related industries, with experience in C&I Solar project sales at least 20MW above per year. If with great sales achievements and outcomes, the industry experience year requirement can be lowered.
  • Proven track record in developing and managing commercial and industrial PV projects.
  • Proven track record in developing and managing sales channels is an advantage.
  • In-depth understanding of the Solar industry, its technology, products, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, able to effectively interact with customers and partners at all levels.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Highly self-motivated and goal oriented.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
