Required Experience/Skills:
Must have at least two (2) years of relevant experience in liaising operations. Knowledge of principles and methods for coordinating communication between internal and external.
Essential Functions:
Liaises between company and external organization to communicate and coordinate their activities by serving as an official go-between for employees of both organizations.
Areas of Responsibilities:
- Act under the authority of HR & Admin department to coordinate and control any related standards activities.
- Facilitate communication between company and external organization. In so doing, the liaison shall provide advice on the company's purposes, principles and projects.
- Expected to have an up to date knowledge on external organizations projects and announcements
- Active in the liaison tasks and attends key meetings
- Support strategic partnership by inter department by providing top quality advise, facilitating effective knowledge management, provide technical assistance, coordination, monitoring and reporting in any collaboration
Education:
High School Graduate or College Level/Bachelor's degree in business or any related field. Must have LTO license 1, 2, 3
