Supervises: HR Assistants
Job Purpose:
The Talent Acquisition Supervisor is responsible for driving the recruitment processes, managing external agency relationships, and generating comprehensive recruitment reports. This role ensures that recruitment activities are strategically aligned with the company's objectives and responsive to evolving business needs.
Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Supervisor oversees the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, maintains effective collaboration with external recruitment agencies, supervises HR Assistants, and compiles detailed analytics and reports. Utilizing industry best practices and data-driven insights, the supervisor develops and implements recruitment strategies to attract top talent efficiently and effectively.
Key Result Areas and Functions:
Recruitment Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement strategies to meet high-volume hiring targets.
- Design and execute targeted recruitment campaigns to attract diverse candidates.
- Oversee the recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding.
- Assess and enhance recruitment tools and methodologies.
- Align recruitment efforts with HR and business objectives, engaging with department heads to address staffing needs.
Coordination with Recruitment Agencies
- Maintain regular communication with agencies to ensure timely acquisition of candidates.
- Align agency efforts with organizational requirements and timelines.
- Verify agencies' adherence to organizational standards and requirements.
- Coordinate audit findings and compliance issues with agencies.
- Manage exit clearances and recovery of losses or damages.
Supervision of HR Assistants
- Direct HR Assistants to achieve recruitment objectives.
- Monitor performance and provide feedback.
- Coach HR Assistants to develop their skills.
- Foster a collaborative working environment.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment practices and procedures.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Generate reports on recruitment activities and performance.
- Use data insights to optimize processes.
- Forecast hiring needs based on historical data.
- Present findings to support strategic decisions.
Strategic HR Engagement
- Integrate recruitment strategies with broader HR and business goals.
- Provide strategic insights to senior management on recruitment alignment.
- Serve as an advisor for resolving recruitment challenges.
- Communicate recruitment updates and strategic insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with various departments to anticipate and meet staffing needs.
Job Qualifications:
Education and Training:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Training in high-volume recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
Experience and Knowledge:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in high-volume recruitment.
- Experience managing relationships with external recruitment agencies.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
- Experience supervising HR Assistants or junior staff.
- Proficiency in creating and analyzing recruitment reports.
