The Talent Acquisition Director provides strategic leadership and direction in the critical areas of regional multi-site recruitment to include talent sourcing and acquisition, marketing the company's brand to achieve far reaching presence and visibility with the end result of maximizing and expanding applicant pool.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build a robust regional recruitment team skilled and strategically organized to provide regional support on manpower hiring as required by the business.
- Partner with Operations and business owners to determine manpower profiles, workable delivery dates , costs to hire and work-arounds during peak hiring season and tight timelines to ensure the design and delivery of effective hiring strategies and seamless hiring experience for acquired talents
- Create a cost effective talent acquisition strategy /sourcing plans sensitive to the changing demands of the business and that which brings and champions the company's brand to applicant source locations driving the positive image of the company as an employer.
- Proactively ensures a healthy applicant pipeline formally or informally to meet hiring requirements upon demand
- Ensure adherence to the SLA's for Recruitment that includes but not limited to applicant flow , fill rate, success/pass rate, applicant to hire ratios, new hire attrition, cost per hire and over-all applicant experience
- Effectively evaluate and utilize multi-media sourcing that would bring the highest yields with reasonable costs
- To achieve optimization of talent, implement effective talent pooling, hiring strategies and reprofiling to support continuous/year round and seasonal hiring
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with government and educational institutions, training academies , third party search agencies, online recruitment service providers to achieve expanded and optimized talent sources
- Initiate and drive in the Sourcing Team a continuous improvement culture relating to recruitment strategies, systems and processes including but not limited to assessment tools and methods, applicant tracking systems, assessment stages, applicant experience, among others.
- Perform other duties, functions and tasks that are incidental and inherent to the job.
Qualifications:
- An expert in sourcing and hiring strategies for short, mid and long term manpower requirements
- More than 5 years experience in talent pool development, and highly proficient in reading and predicting the talent market and competition trends
- Has established and can readily build new networks, goodwill and relationships with potential talent sources/pool
- Solid expertise in identifying hiring models/job offer pricing based on given manpower profile
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills; strong presentation skills specifically on recruitment, and screening processes, sourcing plan discussions with clients during visits and business reviews
- Strong leadership skills; able to lead and motivate a team to employ out of the box thinking in sourcing
- Strong organizational and exceptional time management skills with the ability to plan and prioritize
- Highly proficient in the use and evaluation of applicant tracking systems and in MS Office applications
- Experience in report preparation and analysis
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree or a 5 year experience equivalent as company sourcing head in the BPO space
