DAFT Company, LLC is a reputable outsourcing company supplying premium staff of all industries to scale and revolutionize their businesses. We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager for an internal position and join our growing team.

About the Role

If you're a strategic recruiter with a proven track record of success, we want to hear from you In this role, you'll be responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle, from developing job descriptions and sourcing candidates to managing the interview process and overseeing new hire onboarding.

  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies that attract top talent
  • Craft compelling job descriptions that attract qualified candidates
  • Sourcing candidates through a variety of channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks
  • Screening and interviewing candidates
  • Coordinate the interview process, including scheduling interviews and providing feedback to hiring managers
  • Making hiring recommendations to senior management
  • Make the best candidates feel welcome and excited about our company throughout the interview process
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
  • Analyze recruitment data and identify areas for improvement
  • Overseeing the onboarding process for new hires

You are a great fit if you have:

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies.
  • A strong understanding of the recruitment process from start to finish
  • Excellent sourcing and screening skills
  • Experience with conducting interviews and evaluating candidates
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR technologies
  • A passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to building a diverse and inclusive workforce

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience in the outsourcing industry
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
