Education: Bachelor's degree in any Business course is preferred.

Work Experience: With at least 5 years of work experience in a business development managing capacity, Sales Manager or similar capacity

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

As a Business Development Manager, you are expected to:

  • Setting targets, goals and develop plans for business and revenue growth in line with Strategic directions of the company
  • Research, planning and implementation of new target market initiatives.
  • Approved demand creation strategies and new products offerings to meet revenue targets and market demands
  • Drive new technologies to improve business portfolio and internal processes
  • Direct cost-benefit analysis and and financial modelling for new business opportunities
  • Capable of doing in depth research of prospective accounts in target markets/industries
  • Generates sales leads, negotiates client pricing, determines new opportunities, forecasts demand and sales revenues
  • Lead the department's financial budgeting process to acquire funds to for departments activities or plans
  • Lead the team in developing long lasting meaningful relationships with internal (support teams) and external customers to ensure attainment of goals
  • Identify business intelligence sources to improve business analytics and market assessments
  • Ensure timely completion and submission of reports from his/her division to Management
  • Perform tasks as may be assigned from time to time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
