  • Should have a minimum of 12 + years of experience.
  • Handling experience in Team Management
  • Should have experience in End User Support
  • Good knowledge and hands on experience in Windows Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, Antivirus and Patch Management.
  • Knowledge of handling Internal & External audits.
  • Flexible to work 24/7 support.
  • Having knowledge of Network – Switches, Firewall and Routing.
  • Senior Management activities.
  • Quarterly business review.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience / Preferably working or worked in BPO environment – Preferrable.
  • Preferably computer science graduation or similar experience. ITIL certified. Other technology certified.
