  • Position Description:

Helps achieve the sales objectives and targets of the group by HVAC/R (Heating, Ventillating, Airconditioning & Refrigeration) products. Develop and implement Sales and Marketing Strategies to attain Sales targets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Develop a SMART ( Specific, Measurable, Action Oriented/Achievable, Realistic, Time bounded )business plan and sales strategy by setting short, medium and long term goals and objectives.

2. Identifies potential markets, prepares action plan by individual as well as by sales team for effectivesearch of sales leads & prospects.

3. Develops marketing strategies on how to increase market share.

4. Regularly initiate and preside weekly Sales team meeting every Tuesday.

5. Regularly submits daily accomplishment and sales reports to the Sales & Marketing Manager.

6. Regularly submits weekly accomplishment and sales reports to the Sales & Marketing Manager(To:WTG -President & CEO, RTG-General Manager CC: IOG-SVP and HRAD Manager) everyMonday until 12:00 noon.

7. Supervises staff, sales executive and fosters effective working relationship within the unit andexternal clients as well .

8. Sets a good example in all areas in terms of personal character, commitment, organizational andwork habits.

B. Sales and Customer Management

1. Keeps abreast of what competitors are doing.

2. Generates new clients through networking activities by generating prospects throughcorporate contacts, trade associations, industry associates or personal market contacts.

3. Plans and organizes sales presentation & reports and take the lead in sales presentationsfor new and big/major prospects.

4. Oversees the whole proposal process, from submission, follow up to closing of sale.

Accountabilities:

1. Ensures that maximum field sales coverage is achieved.

2. Ensures that promotions of products are done.

3. Ensures that good favorable image of the Company is maintained.

4. Ensures that the clients are satisfied with both product and service.

5. Ensures timely preparation and release of proposals to clients.

6. Ensures that assigned sales objective and quota are achieved on target time.

Education:

Graduate of B. S. Mechanical Engineering or any related degree

Skills / Competencies:

At least one year experience in sales and marketing

Has good networking in the industry

Must be aggressive, persuasive, resourceful and result-driven

With strong negotiation skills

With excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills

Work location:

Office / field.
