We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team in overseeing the maintenance and operation of our retail stores' facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment that aligns with the company's standards and objectives.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and execute regular maintenance schedules for all retail store facilities.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, renovations, and maintenance projects.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Develop and manage the facilities budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
  • Evaluate and negotiate service contracts to optimize expenditure.
  • Assess and optimize retail store layouts for optimal space utilization.
  • Collaborate with branch head to implement efficient storage solutions.
  • Implement energy-efficient practices and technologies to reduce operational costs.
  • Monitor and analyze utility usage to identify areas for improvement.
  • Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality service.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Facilities Manager, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Strong understanding of building systems, maintenance, and safety standards.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Budget management skills with a focus on cost efficiency.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in facilities management.
