JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Research potential vendors
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage/schedule of requests
- Acquire, purchase goods and services for the company
- Perform other administrative duties
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have completed a Bachelor's degree in any business-related course
- With outstanding scholastic and/or extracurricular achievements will also have an advantage (i.e. Board Topnotcher, etc.)
- With excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in computer applications especially MS Office
- Willing to work in Lupao and Tarlac
- Organize and attentive/ keen to details
- Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)
- Has good negotiation skills
- With high level of integrity, honesty, and dedication towards work
- No work experience required. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
