ADMIN/PURCHASING ASSOCIATEJOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Research potential vendors
  • Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
  • Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
  • Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage/schedule of requests
  • Acquire, purchase goods and services for the company

Perform other administrative dutiesJOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have completed a Bachelor's degree in any business-related course
  • With outstanding scholastic and/or extracurricular achievements will also have an advantage (i.e. Board Topnotcher, etc.)
  • With excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in computer applications especially MS Office
  • Willing to work in Lupao and Tarlac
  • Organize and attentive/ keen to details
  • Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)
  • Has good negotiation skills
  • With high level of integrity, honesty, and dedication towards work
  • No work experience required. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
