What you'll be doing:

  • Ensure that offices are in good working condition.
  • Timely response to all office equipment and facility related concerns.
  • Monitor and handling preventive maintenance of office equipment and facility.
  • Coordinate with contractor for Pre and Post requirements of site acquisitions projects (renovation/construction).
  • Obtain approvals as necessary to implement projects.
  • Ensure that all equipment, furniture and fixtures needed are properly delivered.
  • Build good business relationship with building/mall admin, contractor and other 3rd party vendor.
  • Assist with Purchasing, Asset Management, Permitting Compliance, Company Events etc..

What you'll need to bring:

  • Bachelor's degree holder, any course
  • Above average English and Filipino communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Must be willing to work shifting schedules.
  • Exposure to General Admin work (ex. Events & Office Management, Purchasing, Inventory, Site Scouting) and permits and licenses processing is an advantage.
  • Experience in purchasing, asset and facility management is an advantage but not required.
  • Willing to render fieldwork.
  • Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
  • Can start ASAP.
