About the role:

Role: Business Development Lead
- Philippines

Work Schedule: Full-Time | 40 hours per week | Philippine Standard and Eastern Standard Time

(Example: Monday to Friday 9 AM - 5 PM EST / 9 PM - 5 AM PHT)

Salary Range: PHP 65, PHP 80,000.00 per month basic per month + Commission / Incentives (Dependent on skills and experience)

As a Business Development Lead for Pearl Talent, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our client base. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with professionals, and promoting our services. You will be working closely with our CEO to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication and sales skills. You should be passionate about what Pearl Talent does and see the same vision. This is where long-lasting partnerships and changing lives for the better connect

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities
  • Build out sales dashboards and automated systems for the sales team
  • Build and maintain relationships with professionals, including startup founders and executives of large enterprises.
  • Present and promote Pearl Talent's services to potential customers via email, calls, text blasting, etc
  • Implement new sales strategies to increase our client base.
  • End-to-End Sales

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or business development (Min of 3 years in the field)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficient in Internal Tools such as Notion, HubSpot, and trackers
  • Hungry to make a difference
